We contribute to socioeconomic development through an inclusive market approach, strengthening each link in the value chain through sustainable and innovative production, processing and marketing techniques that not only improve competitiveness, but also mitigate the effects of climate change. We ensure that the benefits reach the most vulnerable actors, such as small producers and farmers, promoting their inclusion and well-being. In addition, we facilitate labor insertion and entrepreneurship through a comprehensive model of training, incubation and business acceleration. This approach seeks to generate systemic changes that guarantee long-term resilience and sustainability, promoting stronger, more equitable local economies that are adapted to the challenges of the future.
We integrate climate resilience into all our interventions, adopting sustainable and innovative practices that not only mitigate the effects of climate change, but also drive systemic transformations towards long-term environmental sustainability. Through a Social and Environmental Water Management model, we work on the construction, rehabilitation and improvement of systems for access to safe water and basic sanitation, ensuring the quality of water resources. At the same time, we promote hygiene practices that improve the health and well-being of communities, recognizing that responsible water management is key to mitigating the impacts of climate change and ensuring a more resilient and equitable future for all.
We accompany children and young people at every stage of their development, from their educational process to their transition into the labor market. We offer them vocational guidance, strengthen their social and work skills and facilitate the continuity of their technical training, providing them with training in the development of business plans and financial support, fostering their entrepreneurial and work capacity. We also work closely with public actors to strengthen the capacities and resources of the education system, ensuring that young people have the necessary tools to build a more prosperous and sustainable future.
We promote the rights of children and young people, as well as gender equality, through training in rights, violence prevention, institutional strengthening and peace building. From a humanitarian approach, we accompany people in conditions of human mobility, ensuring their access to basic services and providing assistance to prevent and address situations of violence or vulnerability. We also facilitate the socioeconomic insertion of the displaced population through strategies of social cohesion and labor inclusion.
