What we do

We create opportunities and transform lives

At Ayuda en Acción we work to create opportunities for growth and development from childhood and youth, facilitating access to education, employment and entrepreneurship.

We collaborate with European public decision-makers, bringing our extensive experience to design effective programs that promote the socioeconomic inclusion of young people and disadvantaged groups, especially through strategic partnerships with Latin America, Africa and the European Union.

A world of challenges that demands immediate responses

Global poverty remains a devastating reality that affects nearly 700 million people.

The number of people displaced by war, climate crisis and human rights violations has reached record levels.

The effects of the climate crisis are increasingly evident, affecting our health, food and the global economy.

Lines of work

At Ayuda en Acción we focus our intervention on three main pillars:

We work for equal opportunities, ensuring inclusive access to education, employment and entrepreneurship.

We offer comprehensive support to displaced people, transforming migration into development opportunities.

We address environmental and social challenges by promoting a green economy and supporting vulnerable communities in their adaptation to climate change.

With you we can continue to provide opportunities that change lives

They tell you their story

Since I started receiving and writing letters to my sponsor at Ayuda en Acción, I knew that life in our community was going to change. Thank you for helping us make our dreams come true!

Johan Rivera, a young man who was sponsored

We work with young people who are in society, but who do not have a life plan. We know that it is possible to make significant changes in people's lives.

Telma Adriano, Work4Progress program technician in Mozambique

Before, only the men could earn money; we stayed at home. Thanks to Ayuda en Acción, we have become empowered: now we have gardens and we are more independent.
