Fernando Mudarra, a career that leaves a mark

Fernando Mudarra, after nine years of leading the General Management of the Fundación Ayuda en Acción, is now taking a new direction. Mudarra left his position for personal reasons on September 30. She joined the Foundation in 2015 and assumed the General Management at the end of 2016, being a key figure in strengthening the impact of Ayuda en Acción's programs, as well as consolidating its mission.

Under Mudarra's leadership, Ayuda en Acción has managed to boost its presence in numerous communities, as well as faced important transformation processes in a constantly changing world. The former CEO of the Foundation has successfully managed the evolution of a social organization while preserving its identity and promoting strategic partnerships in its fight against poverty and inequality.

During this transition period, the Foundation's Board of Trustees is working to find the most suitable person to take over as CEO. This process will not affect the organization's projects or its firm commitment to the most vulnerable communities.
