In complex emergencies such as that in Cabo Delgado (Mozambique), the response requires a comprehensive approach that connects humanitarian action, development cooperation and peacebuilding. This framework, known as the Triple Nexus, requires in-depth local knowledge and the strengthening of local actors in order to be effective. This report presents the results of an innovative action research project that addresses precisely this challenge. The document offers valuable lessons and presents public policy guidelines to guide future cooperation initiatives in conflict-affected areas.
